Belly Dance involves dancing emphasising the complex movement of the bottom part of the body, the art of belly dancing evolves from one country to another from the costumes to the dancing style.

  • Breath – When breathing, you must feel the rhythm of your movement, keep your attention to your feet, your belly, your hips as sway around the ground and sense your breath flowing through your lips or your nostril.
  • Relax your lips – oftentimes, dancer clenches their jaws or mouth as they dance. That’s why, when it comes to belly dance, relaxing helps you to cool down and keep your energy as you dance. 
  • Release your tension – Lose a bit, it helps you release your tension when you try to follow the rhythm. Learn to enjoy every moment and let the magic of belly dance helps you to feel better.
